Takura Terry is a talented Cape Town based folk musician who has performed at countless weddings, corporates & popular venues across the Western Cape. Besides his amazing voice he is a multi-instrumental artist, with a magnetic personality & beautiful smile which gives him a stage presence that oozes charm and talent.

Takura can perform as a solo act with vocals, acoustic guitar, a ukelele, mbira, stomp box and a loop pedal or as a dynamic duo which brings in a bass guitarist (& tambourine)

Takura’s music style is world folk music, playing many of the classic covers we all know and love with his own African twist, as well as a few of his original songs.
