His first love is blues, stemming from the influence of his long relationship with the Blues Broers with whom he has performed since 1994 – 20 years.
Ard Matthews
Over the course of the last decade and a half, well known singer and songwriter, Ard, has been honing his craft and moving people the world over. As the front man of South African band Just Jinjer, his indelible lyrics and melody arrangements led the way to the incredible success of their debut album title ‘All Comes Round’, becoming one of the biggest selling rock genre albums of all time in their native country of South Africa, achieving double platinum status in its first year, with the follow up album “Something for now” reaching the same status a year later.
Majozi
Majozi is a proudly South African musician who has recently emerged onto the scene from the coastal city of Durban. At the age of thirteen, he started to teach himself guitar, which eventually led to him studying a foundation course in jazz and popular music at the University of KwaZulu Natal.

Sunset Sweatshop is a proudly South African feel-good rock band with reggae and folk influences!

Sunset Sweatshop started in October in late 2016 when frontman Ian Heyns (Good Luck Johnny) began collaborating with guitarist Rossouw Wentzel. It was not long after that they were joined by bassist Richard Dicks (Good Luck Johnny, Cherry Vynil), guitarist Nicholas Forbes (The Ballistics, Cherry Vynil) and drummer Victor Green (Ryno Velvet, De Wallen)

Since their breakthrough single in 2000 with “Indigo Girl” South African rock icons Watershed have built their way up to be one of the most respected and decorated bands to come out of the Southern Tip of Africa. Their distinctive melodic guitar sounds blend with the sultry tons of lead singer and songwriter Craig Hinds voice to create a soothing and classic rock sound that is easily recognisable and yet utterly unique.
